1. Boarding Terms
1.1 Vaccinations and Registrations
All pets must be up to date with their vaccinations and present a current certificate to the team. Our vaccination requirements for boarding are as follows:
Puppies may board 14 days after their final puppy vaccines if they are C5 or equivalent.
Kittens may board 14 days after their final kitten vaccines if they are F3 or equivalent.
Dogs must have an up-to-date C5 (or equivalent) vaccination.
Cats must have an up-to-date F3 vaccination.
The Owner declares that their pet boarding at the Business are registered with their local council and are booked in as the breed they are registered as.
1.2 Tick and Flea Treatment
All animals must have current tick and flea treatment upon admission that lasts for the duration of the Services. If your pet's treatment expires during the duration of the Services, it is the Owner's responsibility to ensure that additional treatments are provided upon admission. Should the Business need to supply the treatment, an additional fee of $150 per pet will apply.
1.3 Health
The Owner warrants that its pet is free of all diseases and illnesses.
If not at full health and needing medication or extra care; the Owner warrants SCPB (the business) to apply medication and care at the written and signed instructions of the owner.
The Business retains the right to deny entry to any animal at its sole discretion. If, during their stay, your pet is deemed unwell and/or potentially infectious, they will be placed in isolation, and you or your secondary contact will be notified promptly. Your pet will remain in isolation until collection is arranged. Additional fees for isolation care and extra labour will apply.
The Business reserves the right to refuse entry of any animal at its sole discretion.
1.4 Payment
The Business, reserves the right to a 50% deposit for the booking amount ahead of check-in. To the extent payment is requested and not made the booking will be cancelled by the Business.
The Business, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to request remaining/ full payment for the booking amount ahead of check-in or on the day of check-in. To the extent payment is requested and not made the booking will be cancelled by the Business.
The Business reserves the right to change the amount of the fees and charges at any time without notice to the Owner, provided however, that no such change shall be made to the fees and charges levied during an agreed period of boarding.
You request and authorise us to arrange, through our own financial institution, a charge to your debit or credit card of any amount we have deemed payable by you. This debit or charge will be made via the Stripe payment processing platform from the credit or debit card nominated by you at the time of booking.
The Owner agrees to pay all fees and charges levied by the Business as are current from time to time at the commencement of boarding and in respect of which notice is given to the Owner either verbally or by written confirmation on checking in.
1.5 Emergency Care
The Owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested or deemed necessary by the Business and any veterinary costs for the animal including, but not limited to travel fees and additional labour costs. In the event where the Owner’s pet become seriously ill, and where the Owner cannot be readily contacted, the veterinary surgeon’s decision in relation to treatment of the animal shall be final and conclusive.
The Business in their sole and absolute discretion may retain the services of a registered veterinary surgeon to attend to any pet requiring veterinary treatment. The resulting veterinary fees and additional charges shall be at the expense of the Owner who hereby agrees to indemnify the Business in respect of them.
1.6 Behaviour
The Owner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of their pet while it is in the Business’ care and hereby indemnifies the Business and shall keep the Business indemnified to the full extent permitted by law for any action of the animal which apart from this indemnity may have created any liability on the Business. The Owner shall be responsible for any loss or damage to any of the Business property and accepts that the Owner of the pet will be liable for any damages caused.
All charges incurred by the Owner pursuant to this agreement must be paid before the animal leaves the Business premises.
To the extent the pet is left under the care of the Business for more than two weeks after the advised check-out date, the pet will be considered to be an abandoned pet. At this stage the Business has the right to seek an alternate home for the pet. The Owner remains liable to the Business for any shortfall in charges associated with the additional Services.
The Business, including its employees and agents, shall not be liable for any incidents of Canine Influenza, injury, death, loss, or any form of damage that may occur to any animal while under the Business's care, except as required by Australian law.
The Owner accepts the Terms and Conditions of the Services and certifies to the accuracy of all information given about the animal. The Owner acknowledges that the agreement of this contract shall create a lien over the animal in favour of the Business which lien shall continue to exist whilst ever monies are owing to the Business pursuant to this agreement. In these Conditions, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2. Training Terms
These Conditions of Training constitute the terms of an agreement between Spring Creek Pet Boarding (SCPB) and the Owner relating to the provision of training services.
2.1 Behaviour Disclosure
The Owner must disclose all known behavioural issues including, but not limited to, aggression, anxiety, fear, or reactivity.
SCPB reserves the right to refuse training or adjust the program if a dog’s behaviour poses a risk to staff, animals, or itself.
The Owner must advise SCPB staff directly, or record within the Kennel Booker system at the time of booking, if their pet has any of the following
Escape behaviours (digging, climbing, or jumping fences, or fear of loud noises)
Prior bite history involving humans or other dogs
Aggression or reactivity towards people, dogs, or other animals
Any other known risk behaviours that may impact safety
Failure to disclose this information may result in additional fee of $250 per day, refusal of service, or termination of a booking.
2.2 Training Risks & Results
Training involves physical exercise and behavioural modification, which may result in stress, injury, or unpredictable outcomes.
No guarantees are made regarding training results, as outcomes depend on individual temperament, history, and owner consistency.
The Owner agrees to continue training practices at home as advised by SCPB staff.
2.3 Safety & Handling
SCPB staff will take all reasonable steps to ensure safety during training sessions.
The Owner remains responsible for their pet’s behaviour and indemnifies SCPB against any liability arising from their pet’s actions during training.

3. Daycare Terms
3.1 Conditions of Daycare
These Conditions of Daycare constitute the terms of an agreement between Spring Creek Pet Boarding (“the Business”) and the owner of the pet or agent for the pet owner (“the Owner”) relating to the provision of boarding or day care services (“the Services”) by the Business of the Owner’s pet.
3.2 Vaccinations and Registration
All pets must be up to date with their vaccinations and present a current certificate to the team. Our vaccination requirements for daycare are as follows:
Dogs can attend doggy daycare 14 days after their second vaccine (C5 or equivalent).
Pet parents must present an up-to-date C5 vaccination certificate.
The Owner declares that their pet utilising daycare services offered by the Business is registered with their local council and are booked in as the breed they are registered as.
3.3 Health
The Owner warrants that its pet is free of all diseases and illnesses.
If not at full health and needing medication or extra care; the Owner warrants SCPB (the business) to apply medication and care at the written and signed instructions of the owner.
The Business reserves the right to refuse entry of any animal at its sole discretion. If during the visit the Business considers your pet to be unwell and/or infectious, your pet will be isolated and you, and/or your secondary contact, will be notified immediately. Your pet will remain isolated until collection is arranged.

3.4 Behaviour
Behavioural conditions and/or previous observations of any behaviour that can affect your pet’s ability to integrate into a group setting must be informed as soon as possible to a SCPB employee conducting your pet’s visit. Behaviours may include, but are not limited to, fear-aggression, social assertiveness, excessive barking, excessive mounting, aversion to particular breeds, aversion to strangers, digging, climbing and escape behaviour. Any behavioural information helps SCPB employees protect the safety of every pet and furthermore, themselves.
3.5 Payment
The Business, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to request full payment for the booking amount ahead of check-in. To the extent payment is requested and not made the booking will be cancelled by the Business.
The Business reserves the right to change the amount of the fees and charges at any time without notice to the Owner, provided however, that no such change shall be made to the fees and charges levied whilst a pet is attending a daycare session.
The Owner agrees to pay all fees and charges levied by the Business as are current from time to time at the commencement of daycare and in respect of which notice is given to the Owner either verbally or by written confirmation on checking in.
The Business reserves the right to charge a late collection fee and an overnight boarding fee to the extent the Owner does not collect the pet. The fees charged are outlined on each daycare location page.
The Owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested or deemed necessary by the Business and any veterinary costs for any incident that involves the animal during the time the animal is in the Business’ care including, but not limited to travel fees and additional labour costs. By attending our daycare, you are agreeing that you have read, understood and agree to the SCPB terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are in addition to our assessments and socialisation criteria, all of which are subject to change without notice. By accepting these terms and conditions, you certify to the accuracy of all information given about your pet when registering.

4. Paddock Walks
Paddock and dam walks take place in natural environments, which may present risks such as uneven ground, wildlife encounters, insects, and water hazards.
Dogs must remain under control at all times. Leads are required where instructed by SCPB staff.
The Owner accepts responsibility for their dog’s safety and conduct during walks.

5. Slat Mill Use
The slat mill is an exercise device where dogs run at variable speeds and resistance levels.
Risks include overheating, muscle strain, falls, or stress.
Dogs must not be left unattended while on the slat mill.
Owners confirm their dogs are physically suitable for slat mill use and release SCPB from liability arising from participation.

6. Digital & Social Media
6.1 Digital Assets Ownership
All photographic images or digital recordings taken of the facility, pets and staff, together with their prints and their copyrights therein are the property of SCPB. You understand and agree that you have no further rights to the material, including moral rights and the copyright, and that all material becomes the sole ownership of SCPB.
Should you wish no media format be posted on any social media or be used in any marketing or promotional media, please advise us as soon as possible in written form with a letter including your name, your pet’s name and the date. Otherwise we take upon ourselves that any formats of media is the right for us to use as we see fit, which you knowingly understand and accept. You acknowledge that incidental or accidental use of your pet's image may occur even after you have withdrawn your consent under this section.
